Aceralia

Aceralia was a prominent Spanish steel manufacturing company formed in 1997 through the privatization and merger of several state-owned steel producers. In 2001, it merged with Arbed and Usinor to form Arcelor, which later became part of the multinational conglomerate ArcelorMittal.
