Astral Telecom was a Romanian telecommunications company founded in 1993 based in Cluj-Napoca, primarily providing cable television, internet, and telephony services. The company was acquired by UPC Romania in 2005 and later integrated into the Vodafone Romania network following subsequent industry consolidations.
