Bank of Isabella II

The Bank of Isabella II, also known as the Banco de Isabel II, was a Spanish financial institution established in Madrid in 1844. It played a significant role in the development of the Spanish banking system during the reign of Queen Isabella II before eventually merging into the Bank of Spain.
