China Minsheng Bank is a major Chinese joint-stock commercial bank headquartered in Beijing that provides a wide range of corporate and retail financial services. It was the first bank in China to be owned mostly by non-government enterprises and is listed on the Shanghai and Hong Kong stock exchanges.
