Dvigatel was a major industrial enterprise founded in Tallinn in 1899, historically specializing in the production of railway carriages and machinery. Following its privatization and subsequent decline in the late 20th century, the site was repurposed into the Dvigatel industrial park, a hub for modern business and technology enterprises.
