Elsinore Shipyard and Machine Construction, known as Helsingør Værft, was a major Danish shipbuilding and industrial enterprise based in Helsingør. The company operated from 1882 until its closure in 1983, specializing in the construction of ferries, cargo ships, and marine engines.
