Ericsson Hewlett Packard Telecom

Ericsson Hewlett Packard Telecom (EHPT) was a joint venture established in 1993 between Ericsson and Hewlett-Packard to develop and market telecommunications software solutions. The entity was subsequently fully acquired by Ericsson in 2002 and integrated into its core business operations.
