Fiat S.p.A. was an Italian automobile manufacturer that served as the predecessor to the modern global automotive group Stellantis. Following its merger with Chrysler, the brand ceased to exist as an independent entity, with its operations fully integrated into the international corporate structure of Stellantis N.V.
