Gemeentelijke Holding

Gemeentelijke Holding (Holding Communal) was a Belgian public investment vehicle created in 1996 to hold shares in Dexia and other entities on behalf of municipalities. The company entered into liquidation in 2011 following the collapse of the Dexia banking group and is currently in the process of winding down its remaining assets.
