Hainaut-Sambre
Hainaut-Sambre was a major Belgian steel producer formed in 1955 through the merger of Forges de la Providence and Aciéries et Minières de la Sambre. The company underwent several restructurings and eventually became part of the Cockerill-Sambre group in 1981, which was later integrated into ArcelorMittal.
