La Brugeoise et Nivelles was a Belgian industrial company formed by the 1956 merger of La Brugeoise et Nicaise et Delcuve and Les Ateliers Métallurgiques de Nivelles. The company specialized in the manufacturing of railway rolling stock and heavy machinery until it was acquired by the Budd Company in 1977 and later absorbed into Bombardier Transportation.
