Luminor Bank AS

Luminor Bank AS is a pan-Baltic bank offering financial services to retail and corporate customers in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. It was formed in 2017 through the merger of the Baltic businesses of Nordea and DNB and is currently majority-owned by a consortium led by the private equity firm Blackstone.
