Mylan was a global pharmaceutical company specializing in generic and specialty drugs that merged with Upjohn in 2020 to form Viatris. Although it previously maintained an executive office in the Netherlands for tax purposes, its operational headquarters remained in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, and it is now fully integrated into the Viatris corporate structure.
