Întreprinderea de Construcții Aeronautice Românești, known as ICAR, was a Romanian aircraft manufacturer established in 1932 that focused on producing civil and military light aircraft. The company ceased operations following the nationalization and restructuring of the Romanian aerospace industry post-World War II.
