Oltchim S.A. is a Romanian chemical company historically specialized in the production of petrochemical products such as caustic soda, polyols, and PVC. Following significant financial insolvency proceedings, its operational assets were largely acquired and integrated into the Chimcomplex SA Borzești industrial group.
