Ougrée-Marihaye was a prominent Belgian steel and metallurgical company headquartered in Ougrée, formed through the 1900 merger of several major industrial firms. The company played a foundational role in the industrial history of the Liège region before eventually being integrated into larger groups like Cockerill-Ougrée and subsequently ArcelorMittal.
