Petrus Regout & Co., later known as De Sphinx, was a prominent Dutch manufacturer of ceramics, earthenware, and sanitary ware based in Maastricht. While the company was historically significant in the European ceramics industry, it ceased independent operations following various mergers and acquisitions, with the brand name eventually becoming associated with the Sanitec group.
