Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo (PGNiG) is a Polish state-controlled oil and gas company engaged in the exploration and production of natural gas and crude oil. It is now a subsidiary of the Orlen Group, following a merger that consolidated Poland's major energy infrastructure assets.
