Saab-Scania

Saab-Scania was a Swedish industrial conglomerate formed through the 1969 merger of the automotive and aircraft manufacturer Saab AB and the truck and bus manufacturer Scania-Vabis. The company was eventually restructured and split in the 1990s, with its automotive and aerospace divisions operating independently.
