ZMDI (Zentrum Mikroelektronik Dresden AG) was a German semiconductor company specializing in analog and mixed-signal solutions for automotive and industrial applications. In 2015, the company was acquired by the American firm Integrated Device Technology, which subsequently became part of Renesas Electronics of Japan.
